Our approach
At Into The Now we run short, small-group courses in contemporary and digital arts.
Our courses are open to people of all ages and backgrounds, but especially suited to individuals who:
May have experienced barriers to learning in the past
Would benefit from creative expression to support wellbeing
Need a gateway to further training or employment
Key features of our classes
Classes are small, with six to ten students per group, and can be remote, in-person or hybrid.
Learning is student-led and student-paced, with experienced teachers nurturing students’ talents, ideas and confidence.
During weekly sessions for 8 to 10 weeks, we work together on a collaborative creative project, weaving students’ interests together to produce something unique.
The result is a piece students can be proud of, that expresses their authentic voice and experiences, whether that’s a Spotify-ready track or animations featuring their art.
Along the way, they’ll have gained important skills, from teamwork and decision-making to hands-on creative and technical knowledge like music editing or graphic design.
A supportive environment is paramount. Our teachers and partners are selected for their ethos and experience in creating a safe and welcoming space for all.
