About us
We’re a small but dedicated group of artists, teachers and professionals who share one mission. To transform lives through creativity.
That’s why we founded Into the Now, an arts programme decades in the making, but designed to be relevant and accessible today – as well as creating positive outcomes for students far into the future.
What we do and where we’re based
Into the Now is a non-profit creative and wellbeing programme that provides funded learning in partnership with a range of health, arts, educational and social support organisations and initiatives.
In other words, we bring people together to make art, as part of building health and confidence.
Based in South-East England, we work with individuals literally anywhere through remote classes and a team of experienced teachers who can deliver classes in a variety of locations.
Founded by Dee Edney, a performer, recording artist, producer and educator with over 20 years’ experience working with hard-to-reach and vulnerable youth and adults, our programme has been achieving fantastic outcomes and is now part of a research project in association with Christ Church University Canterbury.
